First, stop putting Tret on that area for a few days until it heals. Use a heavy moisturizer, top it with cicaplast. Don’t be afraid to dab Vaseline on it throughout the day and at night. I get irritation in the exact same spot and was scared of Vaseline at first but it has helped me so much!!!
