Are there other glitches? I experienced a guy right down downtown in what should have been middle of an intersection. He wasn’t there but bullets were coming and hitting me. So I went to the tunnels under the intersection, he wasn’t there and bullets came from street level. His blip wasn’t moving. Any idea what that could have been?
