Hello, I went to 2 FIR concerts this past year and WOW. They were amazing. The best show I’ve ever seen. Left for the weekended and came home to this. What is it?

I had to go out of town this weekend so I got my brother to feed my fish and I believe he gave them a whole frozen pod when I usually only do 1/3 of one. But what’s weird is I don’t think this is from over feeding. It’s all over the tank and looks like air bubbles are on top of the brown stuff. Also I did put my clownfish and snails in about 1.5-2weeks ago.
