Hair is correct. In the first pic you see the hair connecting them. I recently extracted one just like this from my underarm. Super satisfying. Best to do after a hot shower. Use a gentle AHA exfoliant before extracting to help encourage it out

Just seconding this, if a needle is able to draw blood at the amount it has been inserted, it has been inserted enough. In fact, exceeding this could lead to puncturing the vein on the other side, casing much more bruising! The fact the blood overflowed the vial is a mistake on not closing the vial sooner, not how she registered (ie pierced) the vein

Neither botox and filler are permanent (despite misconceptions about botox that it is, and however small residual amounts of filler can stay in the face longerm). Both will stop being visible in time though. I think saying it looks bad wouldn’t be constructive. Once the swelling has gone down, 7 days to be safe, ask her what she thinks of it, if SHE likes it. If she doesn’t love it, another good thing amount filler is that it can be dissolved (ie removed) in a quick follow up appointment.. Out of interest, What are your reasons fort being against it? I’m sure it could framed in a kind way. For example, rather than saying ‘it looks fake’, ‘you don’t need anything like that,’ but acknowledging that You Can’t Change Her Mind about how She Feels About Herself !! Most people wanting to change their appearance this way imo have deeper seated low self-esteem. This is just a surface layer of it showing itself. Criticizing her decision will likely not change anything, other than risking making her feel shame. Asking why she wants it will prove much more fruitful to your relationship.
