Discussion Was Gemma forced into Lumon or did she volunteer? Spoiler

Changes the context completely if she signed up for this and didn’t tell oMark.

You see her getting into those laminated cards with martial arts poses and then a time jump. Was she promised fertility by Lumon and tricked into severance or was she a volunteer possibly under the lure of fertility for her participation.

Lots of talk about her not knowing he was severed at the exit at the end of the hallway but then again she could’ve just dipped and been severed without telling oMark anything at all and letting him think she was dead.

I guess we don’t know yet but it’s an important plot point that needs to be revealed.

Severance - 2x10 "Cold Harbor" - Post-Episode Discussion
 in  r/SeveranceAppleTVPlus  17d ago

Cold Harbor was making the Cold Harbor Room Innie Gemma go through an experience that could possibly cause her innie to feel the emotional impact that disassembling the crib would have on outtie Gemma due to her traumatic experience with having a miscarriage and being infertile. Jame Eagan wants to fulfill Kier’s dream of eliminating pain. They want to accomplish this by making your mind sever whenever trauma comes up, or they want to use it as a method of control. Goats is to remind us that this is an insane cult that still does ritual sacrifice.

So reintegration was a red herring and the other data refiners were there for seemingly no purpose?

My wife and I are going to Jun's in Prairie Village tomorrow and rarely get out that way. What recommendations do you have for cocktails after?

If you’re out that way cruise on over to BKS. It’s a brewery but damn it’s good.

Are there any dive bars a 25 y/o can go have fun at?

Jim’s Alley Bar is what you’re looking for. A dive, but not a dive.
