That happens to me as well.

It is called an isometric tremor. It occurs when you voluntarily contract a muscle but don’t otherwise move your muscle or limb, such as when you make a fist and tense up your arm without otherwise moving it.

Most of the info doesn't apply to me and probably won't to you either, but you can learn more about the condition.

I'd be interested, too, if more a medically informed person than me has input on this condition. My doctors have told me over the years, that some people get isometric tremors when their muscles are under tension and some people don't, without known cause or problems.

I see the same outwardly open and pleasant personality in your handwriting, but someone who really prefers time on her own.
