Absolutely. You know your truth, and your baby being fed is of primary importance, without close second being how the heck you're doing. Sleep is critical to being a mother and if you're not doing well emotionally physically mentally, and you're not doing well. You deserve to be coming into motherhood as strong as you possibly can. One thing I can suggest though is that you don't go cold turkey with the pumping or else you will most likely get another clogged up and possibly mastitis. Reduce your pumping sessions each day little by little, maybe look up online a protocol for weaning. You got this!

I've heard that sterilizing makes matters worse for chemical leaching. So if you sterilize once a day as opposed to after every usage and cleansing it's less harmful. Harm reduction for the win!

There's also a difference in the manufacturer and the cut of the diaper. We found that Huggies gives a better fit for for a plumper baby with a shorter torso, and then Pampers is better for a longer torso maybe?

Just FYI, THC and CBD goes into breast milk and sticks around longer than alcohol in your system so you can't just pump and dump. Formula is great if you want or need to get back to your previous proclivities.

To be fair, the avian flu Is being carried by migratory birds, which have been down in the State's as of late. They're going to be coming back up to Canada very shortly and our farms will then be hit. What happens from there and how we manage it will need to be seen.
