Had a disconnect near the end of the hunt and Mizu glitched out. Hitting it wouldn't get it unstuck so I just took some silly pictures with it before ending its quest

Discussion 8, 9, 10 seconds. Yeah, totally believable. If Capcom won`t ban these scumbags, then ranking system is dead and can be completely ignored.

Highlight Fun fact for those that don’t know: If yo sit at a table in the hub and use the “watch diva” camera feature you’ll get a buff after the performance.

From what I’m aware of I didn’t get it just walking around or standing in front of her. Only when I used the nearby tables and use the “watch diva” camera option that after she was done singing the notification for “blessings and prayers of diva have temporarily increased stats”

MH Wilds Zoh Shia's weapons are named after Hebrew, Judaic, and Christian angels and archangels Spoiler

Some these weapons are named after are Kabbalistic angels of Hebrew tradition, (also known as the 72 Angels of the Shem Hamephorash) whose names come from the 72 names of the Hebrew God as found in the book of Exodus. Other names are taken from angels and archangels of Judaic, Islamic, and Christian traditions.

Blazing Veiah (Great Sword) - named after Vehuiah, angel of willpower and courage (1st of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Rafel (Long Sword) - named after Raphael, one of the of the seven archangels of Judaic angelology, and archangel of protection and healing

Blazing Mikal (Sword and Shield) - named after Michael, chief of all angels and archangels, commander of the army of Heaven (one of the only two archangels explicitly named in the Christian Bible)

Blazing Liel (Dual Blades) - named after Lailah/Leliel, the angel of conception, pregnancy, and the night (from some Judaic traditions)

Blazing Uria (Hammer) - named after Uriel, archangel of wisdom and knowledge in certain Christian traditions

Blazing Gariel (Hunting Horn) - named after the Biblical archangel Gabriel, the messenger of God and herald of the end of days (the weapon description outright refers to a "second coming", like the return of Jesus Christ)

Blazing Sital (Lance) - named after Sitael, the Kabbalistic angel of construction and fortification (3rd of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Lael (Gunlance) - named after Lelahel, angel of artistic talent (6th of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Mahaiah (Switch Axe) - named after Mahasiah, angel of finding and rectifying errors (5th of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Yirmiya (Charge Blade) - named after Jerahmeel/Jeremiel, angel of hope and mercy, also a gatekeeper of Heaven (from Hebrew and early Christian traditions)

Blazing Katir (Insect Glaive) - named after Cahetel, angel of gratitude and material prosperity (8th of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Kaiah (Light Bowgun) - named after Achaiah, angel of patience and understanding of cycles (7th of the Angels of the Shem Hamephorash)

Blazing Mitran (Heavy Bowgun) - named after Metatron, an archangel who keeps the covenant between God and his chosen people, and the scribe of God (is considered an angel in Judaism, Gnosticism, and Islam)

Blazing Samira (Bow) - named after Samael, angel with adversarial duties in most traditions, but is not outright fallen or evil (is mentioned in both Talmudic and post-Talmudic traditions)

I had a hell of a time doing the research on all of this, but I'm so happy to finally have a monster with properly angelic motifs and influences.

Art Leviathan concept: Kusaru Sosa

Finished this creature design for mh wilds scarlet forest, also got some notes: (happy for feedback

Kusaru Sosa - Invasive threat

Kusaru Sosa is a leviathan newly discovered in the scarlet forest - only sighted during fallow, commonly at nighttime. It is assumed that the life form integrated itself into the ecosystem during a particularly long period of swampy climate - reproducing and spreading at rapid pace through murky lakes. In their multitude they were able to overcome the food chain basically overnight due to other monsters not yet having adapted to their carnivorous nature. Their only roadblock being posed by Uth Duna, leading them to hide during downpour or clear weather. Therefore they have started to become infamous for their sneaky attitude, quietly patrolling the murky waters to snatch away prey before further notice.

About appearance: - elongatable body (torso, neck) - multiple layers of skin on top of eachother -> rubbery, hard for other predators to hold in their fangs - turquoise backfins; glow due to reflected moonlight (not natural) - pale face with elongated nostril to sense cadavers or general prey (similar to real world hagfish) - mouth located along throat in a curvy line - fangs can be revealed and stored back very quickly - devolved hind legs due to slithering, crouched down movement - mucus glands along torso and upper neck; further mucus- and venom-producing glands stored in mouth

Moveset/Behaviour: - produces mass amounts of mucus mixed with toxins from glands, spreads and dissolves through water even further - coats itself in veil of black liquid poison to slither and slip along (Mizutsune-esque) - poison tends to bubble and seethe until exploding due to spread out chrmical structure - mostly reveals mouth when having pinned down prey with sludge to entirely engulfe them - likes to roll up into knots and twirl around unexpectedly (similar again to hagfish) - fight often starts with it sneaking up on you except the other way around - same strategies used when hunting normal prey, yet often along tiny hatchlings

MH Wilds Zoh Shia's overall angelic motifs are obvious, but it does get a bit more interesting than that. Spoiler

Zoh Shia's English title being "White Seraph Dragon."

Seraphim (literally "The Burning Ones") are considered (by most) the highest-ranking heavenly beings in scripture. In Isaiah 6:2, they're described as having six wings: two to cover the face, two to cover the feet, and two to fly. This may be a stretch, but it could be in line with Zoh Shia's resting position when awoken in its initial cutscene. The Seraphim are also described as standing directly next to the throne of God (Isaiah 6:1-3), similar to how Zoh Shia rests in the heart of Wyveria and in the Dragontorch.

The word "seraph" is also used multiple times in the Hebrew Bible to refer to snakes or serpents, which are a recurring motif often denoting evil or chaos (Isaiah 40:6, Numbers 21:6-8, Deuteronomy 8:15). Much like the serpent in the Garden of Eden, Zoh Shia was ultimately the bringer of the end to Wyveria; they both brought about the end of paradise due to hubris. On a lesser note, Zoh Shia's final phase fits this quite well, with its transformation and new moveset based around fire and thunder.

However, serpents were also used as a symbol of rebirth, healing, and life (Isaiah 14:29). Zoh Shia's ability to reproduce asexually or regenerate entirely could allude to this.

Anyway that's all I have I think. Would love to know if I'm missing anything or if anything here is wrong.
