Asmongold Suggests Parents of Trans Kids Are Mentally Ill
Why even give him the time of day? Who cares what a guy that uses a dead rat as an alarm clock even thinks?

I am struggling with supporting my trans girlfriend through a rough patch.
Honestly sounds like a lot of us I think. This administration is horrible for our mental health. Add in the state lf everything else too and it's not terribly shocking, unfortunately

Eh Agent Smith was right, we're a virus 🫠

Rest in Piece Old Subreddit Banner
Never said they don't ->
by your logic it would be sending clear signal that SUPERGIANT supports whatever that banner represents
this strongly implies you don't think DE supports what that banner represents when they've made it pretty clear they do
its well made, actually looks like warframe and shows support;
you did not imply that the quality of it was the issue, I'm sorry if I misunderstood that. LGBT folks shouldn't need their own space though and having that banner didn't cause anyone harm.
when I was first searching for Hades reddit I saw that r/hades banner I immediately thought Im in wrong place, maybe I wrote something wrong?
when I entered r/warframe after the change and saw this banner I immediately thought Im in wrong place, maybe I wrote something wrong?
I don't know if you're on PC or mobile but on PC if the banner made me go "right place?" I'd just look at the description on the right side of the screen where it uses words to tell you what it is. It took me all of 3 seconds to realize r/hades was about the greek god and not the game. The same could be said for warframe. I don't think anyone going to a subreddit for the first time is going to know for sure whether they're in the right spot, and unless they already have context for the thing a banner doesn't necessarily verify any of that.
The issue with this topic is, it's hard to know whether I'm debating the banner itself or what the banner represents. If you want to make the argument that they could have a better high quality banner that's also more clear what the subreddit's for, be my guest, but even the current banner of the 1999 cast doesn't actually clarify whether it's the right sub unless you know who they are. And if you know who they are, then you know who arthur is, and your argument about the previous banner is moot.

I never claimed that's what they were or that words and images don't have meaning, so I'm not sure what your point is there other than you're arguing semantics with what the people above you said and that you're clearly trolling so  you do you. I hope you have a wonderful day.

I'm curious what you mean, DE does support what that banner represented. https://www.warframe.com/news/warframe-pride-2022 <- they literally celebrate pride month and flat out have pride things in the game. They donate to pride and trans related non-profits and have for years. Not sure how a small banner at the top of the reddit "immediately gives the idea that you are in the wrong sub."
So... it's not really the same as your hades comparison because this sub IS warframe related and not a completely different topic.

one of them symbolizes love, equality and equal rights
the other espouses hatred toward a group of people and how we can get rid of them
so if you're trying to say they're the same thing because a bit of text, I think you missed the mark there and are arguing the letter of the statement and not the intent. Those types of semantics might get people to argue back and forth, but ultimately playing devil's advocate there shows your own ignorance.

what kind of lesbian do i give off? :)
absolutely stunning, and I love the bling

What is everyone's opinion on this?
Ask her to elaborate on it. See if it's truly a transphobic reason or something else. I'll use myself as an example since I'm trans and I tend to avoid wanting to date other trans women, but it's not "because they're trans."
I'm not 100% against it. The biggest problem is my mood is very easily influenced by other people's moods, especially if it's something I empathize with. Dysphoria, specifically, hits really hard. I am okay managing it myself, but if someone else is being particularly dysphoric it can make me spiral. That's extremely unhealthy for all parties involved. I like being a support system for my partner, but if I can't help support them on the thing I also need support with, that's a problem. It's a me thing, and I need to work on it. It could be because I'm still relatively "young" in my journey, it could be just getting better at navigating those feelings.
That said, I just met this really cute girl that told me she was trans after we'd been talking for like 45 minutes and we really hit it off. Fingers crossed, but this is definitely something I need to bring up. I also have a lot of incentive to deal with it.

Newsom’s recent words about transgender athletes dominate state hearing on the issue
> Whether and how much we think this impacts the "fairness" of inherently unfair games is obviously a matter for debate.
Socioeconomic factors play a huge role in sports. BAN RICH PEOPLE! THEY HAVE AN ADVANTAGE
Height plays a huge role in a lot of sports. BAN TALL PEOPLE FOR HAVING AN ADVANTAGE
sports are inherently unfair. I'm not claiming to have an answer, but saying things like height and build make it unfair because of sex differences is ignoring that fact that there's bigger variation within a sex than between them generally speaking. a 4'11" cis woman isn't going to be on a college basketball team, a 6'2" cis woman will be. Good thing we excluded the 5'10" trans woman though because she'd have an unfair height advantage.
my point isn't to argue for or against these policies, but just pointing out that there is a lot of claims on fairness and we're more than willing to ignore fairness in almost every other category: economic, societal, physical differences, etc. UNLESS it's pertaining to trans folk. Seems like the trans is the issue and not the fairness then, eh?

Am I predator?
out of curiosity, why is 31 and 21 a problem but 35 and 25 isn't? It's the same age gap. I understand maturity at younger ages can be an issue, and where people are in life, risk of it being predatory or one person being taken advantage of etc., but like... 21 isn't that different from 25 from a maturity stand point, so where is that arbitrary line being drawn? 32/22 fine? 33/23?
If it's two consenting adults, and they're having open honest discussions about it, does it matter?

Court Confessions: What is something unusual you do on court to gain an advantage? I'll go first
This is exactly what I do. If I'm hitting my forehand well I'd give it an 8/10 for my level, but it's so inconsistent I need to warm it up. Whereas, my backhand is like a 10/10 for my level no matter what I do (I play most swinging sports left e.g. hockey, golf, batting. I think this has something to do with the consistency.)
honestly if I could fix the forehand I could probably be like a solid 4.0, but with such a gaping hole in my skill set... anyone at that rating just annihilates me unless they hit it to my BH. :(

i'm not crying, you are 🥹♥️
Soooo much this. Even if their actions are similar it's that difference in how they carry it that really highlights it.

Pilots landing a plane
this. flying it isn't hard, it's staying aware all the time despite everything being fine 99.99% of the time and being ready for that 0.01%. Especially true on a commercial airliner where your flights are horribly repetitive and boring.

No, I think it's because we're trained to read left to right, and top down, I think a big issue with it is where the labels are too. If they were grouped it'd help too, but filling it linearly doesn't help visualize it (i.e. agnostic being broken up, mainline being on different lines., etc.)
I'm being picky to try and explain why the others might hate this. I don't hate this, I think it could be done better but *shrug* just use a pie chart

OK, but pineapple on pizza really isn’t bad though.
I do pineapple pepperoni jalapeño, but hell yeah

Are there bathhouses for women like there are for gay men?
I'm a mildly socially active trans woman in San Diego and I concur with you. Lesbians here have been nothing but inclusive, and some of my best friends are cis lesbians.
This might just be a matter of location, and or the specific groups. I don't want to invalidate the experiences of someone else, but my personal experiences don't line up with that.

Now it's Biden's fault they added the reporter to the chat...
Okay, so it was a setup. Sure. Let's go with that.
So you're telling me, y'all were too stupid to see through "Sleepy Joe's" glaringly obvious setup? The senile old man that you claimed couldn't run the country outsmarted you? Damn...
Fucking idiots. They should all be treated like the treasonous rats that they are.

Am I overreacting? Kicked out of a 3.0 lesson at a local tennis club today
I was gonna ask if POC/Trans/etc. because I've been given some interesting attitude in the suburban midwest. Outside of OP leaving something out, "othering" was my next best guess.
