Same. I was at home a little over 24 hours later and was ok moving around to get diapers, snacks, bathroom runs. At 1 week I was fully running. I only needed ibuprofen for 3 days.

These boys were in a shelter for months before we took them home I assume for their color. It’s worked to our advantage I suppose - these gentle cats found their home with us.

I’m glad your experience contrasts my experience and the experience of all of the other families that left. Miss M and Miss Macy were fantastic but the rest of the experience was not. There was bullying and problems that were constantly swept under the rug.

The director will say negative things about all of the families that left but I promise the families that left are all good people and most of us still keep in touch and attend parties together. We all wanted the school to be a success but it just wasn’t. I was like you for a time in wanting to recruit - my kiddo deserved more friends than the classroom there offered but even those who joined after we did left before a full year. You kind of need to ask yourself why.

I do not recommend. I had a student there and it wasn’t so much a school as a very expensive daycare. Bullying there (including physical injury) drove families, including ours, to leave. The bullying was ignored.

Any meaningful education took place at home. Our student was ‘gifted’ because of what we taught at the kitchen table - not due to learning at FT. The new schedule takes even more time away from learning at home necessary to keep up with other students in the same grade.

My kiddo did have religious exposure while attending.

Can confirm. Even the more red areas of Mahoning are much quieter.

Also - I have yet to see a truck with the political flags attached. In 2020 those trucks were everywhere.
