I stand corrected then. I’m in the US and we only have the stupid single use pens for Wegovy, so I haven’t come across much about the multi dose starter pen for Wegovy.

Also, if the Wegovy FlexTouch starter pen is set up the same way as the Ozempic one, it’s not 4 doses of .25. It’s those plus 2 doses of .5 (so 12% of the entire pen’s volume).

God I miss the multi dose pen.

I can tolerate wine/alcohol fine, I’m just not terribly interested in it. I’ll order a glass before or with a meal and sip at it slowly, rather than having a few along the way.

I’m maintaining around 25 pounds over what a normal BMI is for my height. Typically around 28.

Based on my build/shape/musculature etc, even another 10 pounds down is too low for my own preferences on how I look, so I have no desire to even attempt to get to “normal”.

They’re very short so I do tend to insert it all the way but they’re very thin gauge.

You can extract your pen into a self healing vial and then pull the right dose into a diabetic syringe. I do this for every dose.

My stomach being empty is the cause of most of my nausea, so even though I’m never hungry, I eat anyway.

Breakfast on a workday is a homemade protein smoothie that I batch prep and freeze, then defrost as needed.

Weekends vary but usually some egg based dish. Sweet breakfast dishes never did much for me, I’d rather have protein, and now I can’t stomach syrup at all.

I then eat a small serving of strawberries daily. Might not finish eating til 2pm haha but I still count it as breakfast!

I wear thongs when I’m putting together a sexy lingerie set. They’re not my go to and I’d never wear them to exercise in (I prefer no underwear under my workout pants). I don’t GAF about panty lines, if your underwear fits properly you won’t have them. I like bikinis or hipsters generally.

However there are definitely comfortable thongs out there, at least IMO. I just don’t see them as everyday underwear.

Can confirm. I don’t even LIKE lavender but it’s soooo good in a London Fog. If it’s cold out, I get lavender in a hot one. If it’s warmer, I get it iced with the lavender cold foam.

I had juuuuuust done a big filing project, when k got moved over to another area that to properly file things would have meant I’d spend all day filing. I decided to try it without. And it didn’t impact my ability to find anything. Thankfully my orgs don’t delete emails after a certain amount of time like some of my clients have done. Otherwise I’d have to adjust.

I have also gotten out of the habit of deleting junk/newsletters/sales emails. Just mark it read and move on.

I’ve been at my current company for about 7 months. I don’t do any kind of inbox organization, got out of the habit years ago, and outlook search has helped me find what I’m looking for through the years. I probably have a few thousand emails in my inbox, and 58 of those are unread (that’s my new baseline, I’ll eventually clean those up).

I was at my last company for 7.5 years and was nearing 70k emails in my inbox by the end haha.

My goal is to end the day with the same amount of unread emails I started with.

Yeah not being able to save the cards to the account and not combine with eCredits is annoying. I have several gift cards accumulated (and can cash out more from a work rewards program), plus will earn the $200 eCredit from my Gold card in July or so. I have 3 or 4 more flights to book for the year so I’m balancing using all the things since they can’t be combined.

They are, you’re just at the very bottom of the upgrade list.

Or at least that was a benefit when I opened the card last year.

Xennial here - just had my first a few weeks ago and while the prep was kinda miserable (I had to do an extended one), it was easy. My doc prescribed the Sutab prep - no Miralax or drinking Mag Citrate, just pills and a shitload of water. Pun only slightly intended.

I wish I could blame mine on the change in season lol. In my defense, I got a new body* a few years ago and not only did I actually need to replace my entire wardrobe, it’s fun playing with new styles now since everything looks great. I’ve been taking it a bit too far though
