But what always gives me the most dopamine is roleplay in WoW with my partner. Helps a lot with the long distance, and I just love writing with him.♡

Jap, nehme Medikamente und besuche regelmäßig meinen Psychiater. Und suche auch noch einen Therapeuten.

Und das mit den Fehlzeiten ist mir bewusst, also ist da eigentlich auch der Stress weg.. Was mir aber auch nicht viel bringt. xD

Rant Erstes Jahr FiSi

Ich bin so verdammt erschöpft. Ich liebe die Ausbildung und finde die Berufsschule interessant, bin aber trotzdem schon ne Weile krank geschrieben. Mein Adhs macht Alles so viel schwieriger und jede Kleinigkeit in meinem privaten Leben die schief läuft, wirft mich aus der Bahn. Ich warte immernoch auf einen gesetzlichen Betreuer, aber ich bin aktuell einfach überfordert.

Ich weiß, dass ich wahrscheinlich nicht gekündigt werden kann (Schwerbehindert), aber die Sorge und der Stress ist trotzdem da.

Ich möchte so unheimlich gerne lernen und normal arbeiten, aber mein Hirn macht da nicht mit.

Ist es eine Option für dich, dich eine Weile krankschreiben zu lassen und die Ausbildung abzuschließen? Kannst du während der Krankschreibung vielleicht recherchieren, ob du den Betrieb wechseln kannst?

School & Career Hey

I hope its okay for me to post here. I'm not a women but due to my upbringing and living a big part of my life as a women I can relate to a lot of things here. (I'm a trans man)

Right now I've been sick from work for several weeks and I just feel bad for it but at the same time.. I don't feel ready to return.

I hate the feeling of disappointing people or.. Just failing. But everyday is a struggle and working full time is super hard, even if I'm 'just' doing an apprenticeship.

I'm just tired and finding a therapist is so overwhelmingly difficult (germany).. Just had to rant a bit, I'm sorry.
